Very cool drawing of Bourdo; he is awesome.

I like his expression and how his hair looks. They appear bit more puffy then it was before; I think spiky-like hair looks better when a bit of volume is applied to the texture like this. Blade-sharp spiky hairs appear meaningless and unattractive, but this is only under my own taste of art.

I am fond of the white "outline" around Bourdo and rest of the characters, but it is not very clear/distinguishable. It is probably because the background is too light for the white "outline" to show up. If you had darker background or if you drew another black "outline" around the white one, it will make them look more bold and strong. and make your background look more "further back".

I am glad that you tried the "outline" technique. It is the best...it is like a short cut to adding a depth into your picture, but only if used correctly. I would be happy to see you try more because it will help your artwork look much neater and emphasizing.
